As most people expected, Mike Kramer was named Big Sky Conference Coach of the Year:

The Bengals had their best season in more than a decade this fall. At 8-4 Idaho State just missed out on the playoffs. Their eight wins this season were more than the past four seasons combined in Pocatello. ISU led the nation in passing yards and finished second in total offense.

Well deserved. ISU was definitely a surprise this year. Will be interesting to see if they can sustain or build on it or keep Kramer in Poky.

Getting charter member and former NC ISU back into the hunt is a real boost to the BSC. Against all odds in Pocatello. They are far better than several teams in the playoffs.

I like Kramer hope he does well. I think he deserves it after the screwing he got at MSU.
