I had to leave with 13 minutes to go in the 4th quarter, or I was going to punch the jackass Ducks fan sitting behind me. He reminded me of a bunch of the Griz fans on this site...every play the Ducks ran that didn't work, he pissed and moaned about Kelly getting "too conservative" and "taking his foot off ASU's throat"...then when the SAME f***[*] PLAY went for 25 yards, he was all happy yelling 'THERE YA GO!! THERE YA GO!!! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN' ABOUT!!!"...plus he gave a running f***[*] play-by-play analysis....another armchair QB who thinks he knows more than the coaching staff. :lol: :lol: :lol:

That's right! Coach Kelly needed to run across the field and put a Kramer move on those fourth-stringers who weren't getting the job done out there! This is what I mean by the wussification of America and entitlement and participation ribbons!

Yeah, the guy had no idea that Oregon had almost the entire 2nd string offense and defense in the game at the time....except that he knew Bennett was the 2nd string QB. That was about it. And in fact, by the end of the game Oregon was using their 5th string RB and guys on defense who weren't even on the 2-deep.

me too, sorry the game was over in the first quarter. I want Bama/Ducks come January.

According to Saban it wouldn't be a fair fight.

"The way people are going no-huddle right now, that at some point in time we should look at how fast we allow the game to go in terms of player safety. The team gets into formation and you can't substitute defensive players. You go on a 14-, 16-, 18-play drive and they're snapping the ball as fast as you can go, and you look out there and all your players are walking around and can't get lined up, and that's when guys have a much greater chance of getting hurt when they're not ready to play."

Sabin knows what he's doing... He's just stirring the pot! He knows that deep down a finesse team like Oregon cant withstand the power attack of Alabama. :twocents:

Kelly had a good response; something to the effect that if the concern were truly for player safety, then it would be more fruitful to place limits on player strength and size. No response from Saban.
