There is! Good sized following in Boise. It used to be Busters in Eagle, but I think that may have changed. I'll find out and update.

This is an easy one since its on ESPN, any sports bar will have it. For non ESPN games in Portland Claudia's on Hawthorne is very Griz friendly.
