We've seen the replays many times on TV, but I can only remember seeing it once "live," and that was years ago: Alabama game, way back in the day. Anyway, there were no replays, but a player later told me the assistant coach didn't bleed that much, but had a dandy black eye where the older-style face mask (bars) caught him.

Duh - I have for years wondered why the smack each others helmets anyway - they want to screw up there brains more!!!

Anyone have some memorable moments in head-knocking that they saw personally? I've shot my wad with the 'Bama assistant coach.
