Hell ya, I'm going to watch! Glad to see not everyone in the country has become a complete puss! I'll take UCA by 6.
 
No question about it I am watching. Been watching some of the high school games today as well.

Gives some feeling or normalcy

If you have the opportunity turn on the games and show your support!

Football brings this country together more than anyone of us realize!

Nope, never hidding.it Must be killing you there is no softball right now to report on...

just running errands before tuning in the game in about a hour.

Century has 2-3 kids who are on the radar of ndsu, und, sdsu along with 3 star recruit Andrew leingang who held 15 division one offers before eventually choosing Kansas State.

Ok, I can tell your tired of me messin’ with ya. I‘ll leave ya alone so you can watch your game. Hope the kids do well and stay healthy and hopefully nobody talks about the century softball team around you cus that really seems to get under your skin.
 
I would watch but I don't have ESPN at the moment and I don't want to pay the extra to bump up my dish package to watch a game that I don't really care about.

Did they say Austin Peay has a former 5 star running back from Ohio St? That was booted for sex offense? Apparently cleared of that?
 
Good to see some football, as ugly and rusty as it may be. Had no idea these teams were playing just down the road from me. Montgomery was a “covid hotbed“ early in all this nonsense.
 
1:44 left in the 4th austin peay going in for the go ahead score... down 16-10

Quaterback takes it in from the one yard line... Austin peay ahead 17-16. 1:40 left in game
 
Central Arkansas takes over from their own 22 with 1:30 left...

With :41 left in the 4th the central Arkansas is at the Austin peay 10, calls a time out...

Central Arkansas throws a 10 yard fade in the end zone for a touchdown with :34 left. Goes for two and gets it up 24-17 with :24 left to go
 
Austin peay starts at their 25 yard line.... Now at the bears 45 with :18 to go..

Austin peay is at the bears 27 with :02 last play coming up... Central arkansas picks off a pass before it reaches the end zone to win the game.
 
I watched the whole game. It sure was nice to have college football back. Pro sports are in my dog house. I hope, politics and societal issues remain off the field in college athletics.

UM and MSU and Weber would hammer both of those teams by 30+. Not a great representation of FCS football.

The cats beat Austin Peay by 14 in the quarters last year. Maybe this was not a great game, but I'll take it nonetheless. 4th quarter was fun to watch.
