never was a fan of his, came of as a d-bag. Wonder if he will become AD like the last time he retired?
Wonder if the ewu coach will get a look?????

And your specific problem with Ault is?.....with 41 years service at Nevada he was hardly a job jumper like some folks we've known. And as the leading advocate of the Pistol offense he had a lot of other high profile coaches looking over his shoulder.

yup, Ault was one of the good guys in the coaching profession, and was well respected in the Big Sky, the Wac and beyond. UNR, the school, not just the football program, would be a shell of itself right now without Chris Ault's influence. To call him a dbag is just completely un-intelligent.

"Douchebag" is a cat phrase mimicked by many illiterate scat-demonoius shi*thead wannabees. At worst, he looked like a strutting five year old wearing an adult cap. The man was successful. Wanna trade a Delaney for a Ault?

Say what you want still not a fan of his. Many pack fans around here are not sad to see him go either.

Rolovich to Temple.

Jack Rolovich was a QB for the Cats in 06 and 07.

Wasn't the Head Coach Marshall Sperbeck at Sac State a former Nevada quarterback under Ault? Maybe he will get looked at.

I believe Kris Klenakis would be the best fit. When Klenakis coach my High School team, he had Ault come and speak to us, then two year later he was a grad assistant with Nevada. He worked his way up to OC twice. After the first time he went to Southern Miss and then came back as the OC when Ault came back to coach the last time. He is now with Arkansas now, but he is a true Nevada homegrown. He played for Carroll College in the 1980's and sent several Nevada kids to Montana schools to play when he was a high school coach.
