thanks, BUT...did the suggested 'easy' way and was connected to the inane, dial #1-2-3...and finally directed to option #7...and calling yet another number....

so decided just to go downtown and watch or listen to the old reliable Mick and Gurns presentation

....whenever I have doubts about the decline of customer service and dealing with human beings I simply try to call the DTV 'help/assistance' line

LOL Sorry bud. I ended up doing the automated message service & I took me less than five minutes. I suggest giving that a try. Only crappy part is that you need to know your account password.
