For the love of all things holy would people please quit voting SDSU so damn high
My gosh if they were not in the MVFC they would be unranked so tired of the MVFC bias.
They have one team that has one the chipper and one team that made the championship yet the whole damn conference has voters on their knees FFS

Dude they have to be ranked that high so the Cats can continue to brag about their "good loss"

Best FCS team according to Choate until they played Weber. Weber is currently the best FCS team according to Choate. It has not been determined yet by Choate if EWU is better than Weber. I will let you know when he makes the call. Then I will update based on subsequent more difficult opponents as determined by Choate.

Check out their losses
Yep they are easily the best 3 loss team in FCS. Lost to Pitt by 7, South Dakota by 3, and NDSU in OT. They're legit.
So assuming theyd have to win out to make the playoffs?
I would not assume that.
Remaining schedule for YSU (3-3):
at Northern Iowa (3-3)
vs Illinois State (4-2)
at Indiana State (0-6)
at Southern Illinois (3-3)
vs Missouri State (1-5)

That looks like two, and possibly three sure wins (including Illinois State). Even if they dropped the road games at UNI and SIU, they would end up at 6-5 … and would most likely get the “usual” MVFC 6-5 bid. If they split the two tough games, they’d be at 7-4 and would almost certainly get a bid.

Heck they might even be one of those teams to go 6-5 and still gets in since they are Missouri Valley with a strong strength of schedule. Wouldn't be the first time that happened

Oh well if Choate said I take it all back! After further review SDSU seems to be ranked too low

YSU at least has an argument for its position in this poll as well as the STATS.

But why is Villanova so high (in both)?

Yes, they have lost to (mostly) strong teams ... FBS Temple (not a very good FBS, but still ...), JMU (OK), and to Albany ( ? 3-3 and 1-2 in the CAA). On the win, side they have two powerhouses (?!) from the Pioneer, both at 2-5. In conference, they have won over two of the weakest teams ... Towson (2-4) and Maine (2-3).

So I repeat: Should they be ranked as high as they are?
