Same article was in the gazette. Yea I can see why there is a fed investigation going on now and why the independent investigator probably recommended it when she said people were less than forthcoming with her

Huh, what are you talking about? The independent investigator essentially concluded that there was nothing more to investigation and said there was no need for further investigation by her. She certainly didn't recommend the federal investigation.
