no worries - I will imagine Griz Nation will get their coach... never have I seen such anticipation for a coach who had averaged 10 losses per year in his last gig... be careful what you wish for friends!
But...but...he's learned so much since UNLV. And...and...NOBODY can win at UNLV.
When put in this situation, I think KH was put in a bind. I just can't imagine there isn't another, very well qualified coach out there that wouldn't LOVE to be the head man at Montana. Now I know that the aging fan base loves what used to be, but sometimes you just have to accept change. Part of Stitt's problem was that his offense didn't fit with what is happening in College Football now. It wasn't pound the rock.
"But NDSU plays that way and they win". Yep, because their defense is ridiculous.
I just don't want the Griz to settle for Hauck, have him just be above average, and then play this game again in 4-5 years all because the older fans think they know more. I've played the game, been around the game, enjoyed the game for years. I've seen things change a lot and hope that BH is the answer and that he has learned a lot in his time away.
