Another reason why we don't cheer for the cats

I don't ever CHEER for the Cats. I'm a Griz fan. They don't need me to cheer for them. But this whole run they are on sure seems to be bothering alot of Griz fans these days. I guess I'm in the minority because if i'm indifferent. If they win, so what, if they lose so what. I guess liked it better when most of Griz Nation didn't care about the Cats one way another.

I don't "hate" MSU nor any of its players, coaches and members of the administration (some MSU fans? Well, maybe.) -- I simply don't root for them, ever.

Her anecdotal stories of pain and suffering in Bozeman are laughable. She acts like Missoula is the land of peace and friendliness for all. With the exception of this year's Cat/Griz game, I strongly disagree. The Griz fans this year were oddly humble and kind to us Bobcats. Strange, indeed. BlgsGrizFan should learn some respect and manners or else no one will ever marry her.

Hardly anything makes me guffaw, but this pic sure did!

Totally agree. This has been hashed over ad nauseum for years. Who do you think you are to tell anybody what true fandom is? Personally I root for the Griz only if a win doesn't hurt our chances at a title (conference)

This ad, when taken by itself, is guaranteed to piss off half the state. However, when put into context, it makes sense. I doubt he was trying to lure Griz fans into his bar. Good post. OH, GOD! Now I've done it! Complemented a cat fan. Bound for hell...

one thing that was not mentioned is this: That bar is located close to campus (in fact across the way from the fieldhouse). I am sure that he was trying to get more students to go to his bar.
 
let's just have chris create a sticky and we can save a lot of time with these pointless threads in which everyone says the same thing about the same teams as they have since the beginning of time....

i will never root for so and so because of how i was treated in so and so...
i hate everything about so and so...
if so and so was playing iraq i'd wear a turbon...
i hate so and so more than penn state...
so and so fans are WAY worse than our fans....
we don't say the same classless things that so and so fans say...
i root for so and so every game except when they are playing so and so...
so and so fans only talk about our team because they have so and so envy...
if so and so was in the playoffs i would root for them because it's all about montana...
i'll root for so and so once they have montanan's on their roster...
any team could be great if they have to recruit kids from so and so states...
our fans are MUCH classier thanso and so's fans...
so and so should act like they have been there before....
i wish so and so would lose because their fans would be obnoxious if they won the whole damn thing....
no way our fans were obnoxious after we won the whole damn thing...
so and so is living in the past...
well now so and so's team is living in the past...
so and so is a bandwagon fan...
so and so thinks they are great because they won national championships years ago...
so and so is MUCH better than so and so because so and so won their last chipper after so and so...
so and so has a bunch of thugs on their team...
so and so has more thugs on their team and they have had them more recently....
so and so wouldn't have these issues if they'd recruit only montana....


there is a start. feel free to resist the urge to post and simply cut and past one from above and save us all the time. :thumb:

No I refuse to even browse that site. I'm sure the ESGGCG chant will come up tomorrow night also. The redheaded stepchild will never get out from Big Brothers shadow. They just don't realize it yet.

Hammer old boy, the students modified the chant to ESG, No means No. Symantics, but thought you should know.
