Andre Sims-WR from Michigan State is transferring

He graduated and is elegible to play immediatley at an FBS school. I doubt FCS schools are in consideration for him

The goal is to get better, so if they can get better by adding more players at a position, then why not? Quality is much better than quantity, but sometimes you have to take the quantity route to find the quality.

If I'm an athlete looking to transfer (and don't have to worry about sitting out a year and losing eligibility), I wouldn't even consider a school that doesn't offer the cost of attendance stipends.
