Why was Griz senior night this evening instead of Tuesday vs. Weber State?

Keep the focus on hosting the conference tourney instead of on the seniors?
 
I hope that UM is better prepared for Weber and better focused. I hope that they are dominant like Anderson Silva (Brazilian fighter in black shorts) and control their opponent, just like this:

I'm wondering if, despite the fact this was Griz/scat II, perhaps the fellas weren't just looking past MSU a TAD towards Tuesday's tilt... 8-) 8-) 8-)
 
I think you have a good team but I think we will beat you. I think Lillard will get revenge on the Griz for what happened a couple years ago. Whoever wins will most likely have to play the other again in the tourny.

I assume it was tonight so that parents could attend. I assume all senior parents could not attend on a Tuesday night. However, your last para would also be a good reason.
 
Can't wait for the game on tuesday, should be fun. I doubt we'll get 7000 though, hopefully between 5500 - 6500 or so, it just won't pull as well being an odd night, mid-week, and during mid-terms for a lot of students.

Plus I have found that a lot of people just don't understand what beating Weber means. They assume that because Cat-Griz is the biggest game in football, it is true about basketball also.

It gets no better than this.....if im not mistaken this conf has never even seen a situation like this....so lets come out in full force..i think i am more excited for this game than when i was in salt lake for the BC game in 06!!!! (hard to tell though haha) GO GRIZ BRING THE CONF TOURNEY BACK WHERE IT BELONGS
 
Everyone get to posting on facebook about this game, and why everyone has to attend!! Don't depend on the media or the school!! We all have many FB friends, and even if your post only gets 1 person there, it will help. My post last week, got about an extra 10 people to the NAU and MSU games.

This team has earned a sell out, and our efforts to make it happen.
