Jerome Souers took almost twice as long to get to 85 wins, he was at NAU for 20 seasons. There is no doubt Bobby Hauck is the best coach ever in the history of this conference when you look at sustained success. As the boys mom referred to earlier, Hauck has only had 1 average (his first year back in 2018 without Hauck recruits) and 0 below average seasons in the conference.
