Watched the Butte High Kalispell game yesterday, and have a couple thoughts about it. First off Brock Osweiler is the REAL DEAL!! For a freshman, he is unreal. Although Butte high defended him well, he still had 17 points and 10 boards, and he can handle the ball like a guard. He will be a force in AA basketball for years to come. Secondly, If Butte plays that way at state, they will be very difficult to beat. Smothering defense, and if they hit their shots like they did against kalispell, I think they could be playing for the state chipper in their home gym, the Civic Center.

Ya Oshweiller (spelling i know) is an arrogant SOB if I have ever seen one. After being offered a congratulatory nice game yesterday after the playoff win over Big Sky he responded Always. No one likes him, hopefully his attitude improves

Aren't they going against Billings West in the first round? If they are, then Osweiller is going to get knocked down a bit. Kalispell is really on the hard side of the AA bracket. I'll post it here to make a point.

One side: Billings West (1E) vs. Kalispell (4W), Butte (2W) vs. Great Falls (3E)
Other side: Sentinel (1W) vs. CMR (4E), Bozeman (2E) vs. Helena Capital (3W)

I could see a tough road for Kalispell on that part of the bracket. I could also see Bozeman going to the championship. It sounds like a homer pick, but I'm not a big Hawks fan anymore. Any other predictions? I feel, based on hardly any AA knowledge, Butte takes down Bozeman in the championship game.
