I dont remember which rag, I just snapped the page pic rather than buy somethin for the one article, but I think... Lindy's.

1. SHSU - Almost everyone back from team that went 14-0 before loss in FCS title game
2. NDSU - Steady backfield of QB Brock Jensen, RB Sam Ojuri helped fuel championship
3. MSU - Jr QB Denarius McGhee a Walter Payton Award Candidate once again
4. Towson - Coach Rob Ambrose building a CAA champion bully in Baltimore suburbs
5. Montana - Program in turmoil after coach firing, but Grizzlies have undeniable talent
6. App St - LB Jeremy Kimbrough, CB Demetrius McCray lead perennial FCS contender
7. GSU - RB Dominique Swope logged 750 yards over final five games of freshman year
8. ODU - Monarchs were 5-0 over rest of Virginia, including playoff win over Norfolk State
9. EKU - Colonels found way into playoffs after slow start, deep veteran team returns
10. Wofford - Nation's top rushing team led by RB Eric Breitenstien, 1474 yds, 19 td's
11. UNI - Panthers lost a wealth of veteran leadership, but this program tends to reload
12. Lehigh - Mountain Hawks have won 14 straight in Patriot League, dating back to 2009
13. JMU - Dukes made playoff, gave eventual champion, NDSU, a game in postseason
14. B-CC - QB Jackie Wilson seeks to lift Wildcats higher and higher into playoffs
15. Illinois St - Redbirds thinking big after 7-4 year, QB Matt Brown a keeper
16. SFA - If Brady Attaway can cut down on INT's (22), 'Jacks could be back in playoffs
17. UNH - QB's James Brady, Andy Valas duke it out to take over starting job
18. Murray St - High octane Racers are exciting, but can they be consistent?
19. Harvard - League title only incentive until Ivy presidents rethink silly playoff ban
20. YSU - Only team to beat NDSU last year seeks first playoff bid since '06.
21. UD - Will QB star emerge among two holdovers, ex-Bowling Green Trent Hurley?
22. EWU - Eags went from national title to 6-5, but will be tough on their own (red) turf
23. Grambling - QB DJ Williams, with dad Doug as head coach, won SWAC as freshman
24. Stony Brook - Running game should dazzle with Miguel Maysonet, ex-Iowa RB Marcus Coker
25. Jax St - With RB Washaun Ealey leading way, Gamecocks won share of OVC last year

my bad if this list has already made a post

I don't see how NDSU is not FCS #1 on everyone's preseason list. SHSU will fizzle. You heard it here first..

So, their theory is the BSC is MSU, Montana and then everybody else....I think they need to look up the definition of "turmoil".

Really. Think anybody will study NDSU-SHSU game film before they play SHSU this season?

I kinda figured they (NDSU) watched our 2nd half vs SHSU.

I don't put a lot of stock in what Lindy's prints, but it's sad that the Big Sky added four new teams and still managed to get only two teams in the top 20.

Sad? Maybe, but only because we're stuck in it. Realistic? Sure, I don't have any arguments other than MSU is overrated. Their OL is going to have their QB running for his life. And they are one QB injury from being out of the top 25 altogether.

Does g1 get to carry over his 2011 prediction of Denarius getting injured? If Denarius gets injured, G1 will be right, but a year later.

Too high
SHSU
Montana State
Montana
App State
EKU
UNI
Lehigh

Too low
Wofford
James Madison
Old Dominion
UD
Stony Brook

Well, the beauty about sports is that no matter what the schedule, fans, polls, etc. say, the game still needs to get played & anything can happen.

IMO, we are ranked too high. I would figure mid teens with all of the shiz that has been happening, but like I said there is a lot of football to be played!

Agree with everything here... would just add EWU as being too low. Especially with their new QB signing. They have some pretty good mojo going on there right now and they will be a playoff team.

OL - I would agree with you on this as of 3 weeks ago (would be brutal early due to inexperience and some lack of size). Since we got the 2 nice size JC player transfers I think we will just fine now (will help young guys get up to speed). They also have very good size 295, 310. I think you'll be displeasantly surprised this year :)

QB - You haven't seen Jake Bleskin play obviously. I actually think he throws a nicer long ball than Mcghee if you can imagine that. He is a damn fine QB in his own right. I hope he gets in the game and MSU throws the ball in some of their blowout games (maybe 4th quarter of the Griz game this year ;) ).

And yes, EW should be higher (top 12 in my opinion).

e.w.u. is going to be really good. they'll show well against idaho and w.s.u. and finish in the top 10, probably win at least a share of the b.s.c.
