Yes, it's comforting to have a scapegoat. But, come on! If we had more success this season and were in the playoffs right now, would anyone be thanking Royce and suggesting that our success was all because Pflu and O'Day were fired? I do wish life was that simple but it isn't. I'm sure that Royce would love to be as all-powerful as some of you make him out to be. Many variables involved and sometimes things don't happen the way we want them to.

Bring on the snarky remarks about the naive girl.

Fine, you're a naive girl.

:)

Sometimes...and I tend to see good in people where none exists or to be too generous with the benefit of the doubt. In this case, though, I think we need to give it one more season before we declare Grizzly Football ruined. A shitty season can be a good thing if we come back and learn the lessons we were all given. By "we", I mean the coaches, the players, the fans, the rivals, UM admin, etc.

Does this include JJ - GG?

To be perfectly frank and honest...I have learned some lessons in recent years that have taught me more than many learn in a lifetime. I have lived the repercussions of complete and total manipulation. So...I am not as naive as I make myself out to be. But....I refuse to let the worst in some people poison my desire to see good in the rest of us.

Yes, it does. And it includes Jimmy Wilson. I hope that JJ is exonerated and, in fact, NOT guilty.

If he did it, I hope he confesses and his victim finds peace.

I'm beginning to think tnt may be correct that Engstrom will be here a long time. Not for the same reasons.....tnt seems to think Engstrom is doing a good job, thus, they won't remove him. My view is he will be here for several years because the Board of Regents are a group of weak sisters, afraid to make a decision and really don't give a damn if Engstrom stays or is fired. One regent is a political lifetime parasite, one was a title company manager, another sells stocks for his daddy. Wonderful qualifications, indeed. Get used to Engstrom, fellas and be thankful we have Mick.
Be thankful we have mick...good one, I needed a fucking laugh tonight! I'd be thankful for a dead dog as head coach, but not mick.
