A Decade for Papa (Don)

Griz Time

I came across this video tonight and wanted to share. As an older Alum these days, my Griz memories drift to these times. Forgive me if this has been posted. If you were on campus during this time, it was amazing. Coach Read would stop and talk to anyone and I mean anyone. Even when he filled in as a temporary AD, years later, he was still engaged. For those who never experienced "our time" I hope you will realize why Griz Nation so properly annotated Coach Read as Papa Bear.
Someone smarter than me can post it properly. Otherwise, just hit the link a few times.

This is excellent! BTW— Back in the day I think Jill Valle secretly wanted me.

One of the very best men you will ever know. His humility, friendliness, and down-to-earth demeanor made him the pride of Montana - ALL OF MONTANA!
