Seems like Hellgate is bringing us one player every year. Too bad they don't have depth like other AA teams do. What positions will Kole likely play?

I saw his highlight video. Feel free to disagree. Looks like a natural at DE. Looks kind of out place at TE. I hope we have him at DE.
 
I am impressed with the number of Verbal's you guys have already.

Do you know how many more your expecting? What are the major areas that you guys need in recruiting this season? Any recruit stick out to you thus far as potentially the best one? I haven't really looked over the recruits you guys have too much but Kia Ross seems to have good athleticism. And I know Weyer is a good QB.

Interested to hear what you guys think. Obviously it's like shooting in the dark, but its a good debate.

Pretty sure I heard Mick comment on the radio in the last week or so that we had 3 or 4 more schollies to give. Probably will get 5 or 6 more recruits then.

Very bias, but spot on. It's frustrating to watch inferior players get the looks because they play on winning programs. Again I'd say, it isn't a crazy coinsidence th
at Van Diest wins National Titles year after year. Some guys seem to know what to look for. Not sure who Hellgate will pick up..but its pretty obvious they need a change. The coaching was embarrassing this year...

For what ever reason Sykes is no longer a UCLA Verbal and has changed his status to "No Interest"
UM is still a long shot... but weirder things have happened.

The Cats' site says that both the GRIZ and cats were going after a linebacker from Bozeman named Collins. They list him as having an offer from both schools but Payton does not have him on a list of offers we have made. Who's right? I assume you are Payton. They say this kid is tall and thin but a beast and will put on weight. Has he committed anywhere yet?

Can't he play! It's hard to tell sometimes from high school film (level of competition? etc.) but hitting is hitting, plus it looks like he has good hands, decent speed and 6'2 170 at 17 can become 6'2 190 at 20. Plus from some of his hits down field on offense, it looks like he's got some nasty to him.

I would think San Jose St. would be our big competition for him. Wonder why no PAC 12's are looking at him? Any ideas? Are his combine numbers poor?
