Griz offeree Keenan Curran (Federal Way, WA) got his first start at QB and rushed for 271 yards in a 62 - 42 win. I didn't see his passing stats; maybe he didn't have to throw it at all.

Wonder how that's going to play out. :|
Ouch. Nice to see a team player like that. CMR lost the nucleus of a great O-line to graduation. Lost a stunner to Sentinel last week after being up 21-0. Play a tough glacier team today that will probably throw it all over the field on CMR. CMR's Achilles heel the past few years has been the secondary(sound familiar?). Their quarterback (McLean) is talented, but tends to force things and ends up with a few WTF interceptions a game. Gonna be a long year for CMR I am afraid.
After a THREE HOUR Lightning and rain delay, a game that ended at 1:15 this morning, Glacier beat CMR 20-14.
Thats three straight times Glacier has beaten CMR in Great Falls... has any other team EVER done that?
Pretty quiet right now but should pick up soon. More offers should be coming soon because of the season starting, also more verbals as recruits get bigger offersGrizguyjj said:Any other news on recruiting?

Hell yeah, steal some recruits from a Cat recruiting area. :thumb:
IntuitiveGriz said:Everyone talks about seniors QB Will Weyer (Griz verbal) and TE/DE Will Dissley, and LB Grant Collins from Bozeman. All 3 are atleast FCS caliber. But I'd be pretty dang suprised if their is a better RB in the state than Bozeman's Hunter Gapmeyer. He is 5'9", 200 lbs and runs very strong, fast. He is Bozeman's All-Time Rusher. Bozeman finished the 2012 season #2 as state runners-up, and are currently ranked #1 in 2013. Hunter is a major reason why...in fact, last week he rushed for 210 yards and 5 touchdowns! He is good catching the ball as well. Don't be suprised to see him playing post high school.

but his head is in the clouds, looking for FBS
(1st team All-Stater and State Offensive MVP) Dallas Cook threw an 80 yard touchdown bomb on the very first play of this years Bulldog intra-squad scrimmage. It was over 50 yards in the air up the sideline, and hit the WR (2nd team All-Stater, Junior Dalton Daum) in perfect stride.
On the TV news, Ted Dawson, the Bozeman KBZK sports director said, "Cook shows why he is on every school in the countries radar with this 80 yard touchdown."
Cook is much heavier than 210. He looks like a Griz DE.
