Are the playoffs expanding again for this upcoming season, or is that for 2013?
Seems like every year there's an inordinate amount of love given to either Sac State or Portland State. Neither ever seems to live up to the hype.
I think Montana and Montana State will be there at the end...Cal Poly will probably be the 3rd team in (has the potential to go 8-2 in FCS games, very favorable schedule). Sac State also has a favorable schedule this year, dodging Montana and getting Cal Poly at home. Weber could easily start the season 0-4 or 1-5 with their brutal start. SUU also has a tough road to hoe, starting out @ Utah State, @ Cal, @ PSU and home against MSU.
I think NoDak goes 4-8.

I was on the SAC bandwagon last year but they fizzled again, I still think that Burton has PSU on track to be a contender. SUU is a wildcard IMO, still have a good QB but I believe they lost some receivers and last year their D wasn't much neither was their run game. um has big holes to fill all over the D, and with new OC & DC it could be hit or miss, more than likely miss. MSU had a strong D last year and will be better this year and on O we still have playmakers but will be breaking in a young but arguably more athletic and bigger OL. I am still not sold on CP but think they will at least be in the top half. EWU will be strong and could contend for a playoff spot. NAU, WSU, SAC will fight for middle positions.

They don't. I was very disappointed when MSU stopped scheduling Cal Poly and I am just taking out my frustration. I'll be there when Cal Poly next plays in Bozeman. Looking forward to many great battles with MSU and all the Big Sky teams now that we are in the conference.Cats2506 said:
