2009 App ST Weather?

The most recent forecasts for Saturday remind me of what came bursting out of Hellgate canyon during the Appalachian State game. Not that the weather should matter but the place was rockin' that night.

Depending on which forecast you look at, high of 27, arctic blast blows in making it negative 3 by end of game......WITHOUT the windchill.

Signedbewildered: Good call. I should watch that DVD on Friday to get ready for the game on Saturday.

Good f***[*] gawd, here we go....

We could always argue about uniforms or going for it on 4th down.

That would be more tolerable than the incessant melodrama about the weather this time of year.

Well the uniform thing is questionable but I hear ya. I wasn't going in the "real cold and real loud" direction rather the front possibly moving in Saturday reminded me of the one that blew in during the App State game, and that was a great day for GRIZ football.

I'm always sort of surprised when I'm reminded of the snow and cold of that App State game. I have NO memory of there being bad weather. All I remember is how damned much fun that game was!

That's exactly how I remember the game too! Mi didn't realize how cold it was until I was leaving the stadium well after the game had ended.

That's when the two of you started sobering up...

It was like 10 degrees last weekend. One of the coldest games I recall in a long time...
