*FYI - The most hated poster on EGRIZ - Alpha - has said he will be at this event and you will be able to throw bean bags at him for donations to this foundation.....in honor of this alone, I expect to see some of you there!
Come play bean bag toss against your former favorite Griz athletes or bring your own group!
Location: located inside (or adjacent to) the G.S.A. tailgate setup outside the Washington-Grizzly stadium before the game. *If bad weather, we will move inside (G.S.A is working on details).
When: The event will take place from 10:00-12:30 before the 1:00 Montana Grizzly football game on Oct 18th – vs. UC-Davis. (If the game is changed to 12:00, we will start at 9:00 am and move it up an hour.)
Who: This event is open to the general public.
Cost: Free-will donation. Come support a great cause!
Purpose: Proceeds from the event will help support:
1) The Curt Colter Foundation that helps former Griz athletes that have passed away at a young age support their families - in particular those with children under the age of 18.
2) G.S.A. (Grizzly Scholarship Association). Funds will go to facility upgrades (weight room, locker room, etc.) that help student-athletes on campus be as successful as possible while playing for the Griz.
