If you told me that the Bison offense would only score 16 points and gain 313 yards, I would have said Griz win by 14 then. One wouldn't think they would get 21 points from their D and special teams. Think about that.....16 points and 313 yards. That's a winnable game if you avoid 4 TOs and Brady's rough day. Oh well, onto bigger better things. Congrats Seniors, you guys played your hearts out. I look forward to seeing a couple of you on Sundays!
 
We will have a better running attack next season. Perhaps a 220 lb RB will come and allow us to gain some yards on the ground. Until we can run the ball why bother.

I don't think the lack of a 220 lb running back was the problem today. The problem was Bison defenders in all the non-holes. The Bison D was outstanding from the get-go. They're a very good defense who played a great game.

People on Facebook pissed Stitt went to running when passing started to work... Gus's pair of pick 6's prolly had Stitt wanting to get the running game at least somewhat on NDSU's radar. Stitt has had his ups and downs this year but fuck, nothing went well for him this game. As you said, the defense played DAMN good. We would've put up a lot better showing if the offense and ST's weren't gift wrapping and delivering points like fucking Santa Claus. FUck the bison and the Panthers, I hope that fucking shed they play in collapses and both teams lose next week. ;) :thumb: GO GRIZ

Yep. Agree with you. Always expected my players to win with class and lose with class. Goes for fans to.
 
The problem with your conference is that you have yet to learn something we have know for a good thirty years! And why we have won something like 30% of the national championships we were eligible to win. one word! DEFENSE! That's it nothing more and nothing less. Until then enjoy playing in what we call the Big Fluffy! offense wins games, DEFENSE wins CHAMPIONSHIPS. Jury is still out on this years team, but we shut down a very good offense yesterday and did what we had to on offense to burry you and take you out of your game plan.

Hey, moron: Reread the first post in this thread. Our defense didn't give up 21 of the 37 points. It's not that complicated. Montana's defense played very, very well yesterday.
