Best of luck Ron.

Saw this coming from a mile away when he wasn't in line for the big job.

Whoever selected the accompanying photo...well, hey that glimpse of the ill-fated experiment to do the BSC playoff in a tiny nearly deserted arena in a non-conference Reno probably suggests part of the reason for Loghry falling into disfavor though I don't know how much input he had in that DOA mistake.

I am related by marriage to his sister and she told me this summer that if he wasn't chosen as the commissioner, he was gone. He said the previous commissioner didn't have a clue and was responsible for the Reno debacle in spite of advise to the contrary. Best of luck to him in the future!

Yay!! Now we can hire the brand new intern at Learfield to become the deputy commish. That'll be the perfect marriage for the recent hiring of their middle manager to become the commissioner.
