Incredibly humble and gifted player.

That is a bummer. I had not known she had had cancer, even though I've seen her a few times during the period. Always enjoyed her and she was always nice to me (for no reason).

Terrific chronicle of her career. Epitome of a small town Montana Lady with grit, guts, talent, and character. Gotta say I shed a couple tears.

My parents took me to a ton of Lady Griz games starting around 93 and until the mid 2000s when I graduated high school. I was barely old enough to really be engaged with watching her play, but my dad RAVED about her. He loved her game, and I really took that to heart and have been following the team since. My dad later passed of cancer. Fuck cancer. Sending her and her family and friends all the love. Peace.
