imo, when thoughtful, decent people start getting the boot. Haven't seen any suggestion of that. I don't see an issue with the notion of having some basic standard of etiquette that people have to abide by. It's ok to ask people to have a shred of decency in the real world. Why not online? Most forums have some threshhold.
