I'm starting to get the feeling that he's healthier than we think.
I have been through surgery for a fully ruptured pectoral major. It took a year to recover and never did get back full mobility. If he wants to not have the surgery he could play immedietly but it would be painful. The longer he goes without surgery the less likely the surgery will be successful, assuming his pectoral tendon is fully ruptured.

Agree with you. But theres no reason to have to say that at this juncture because the ones that showed up are well aware of that. If he said this during the off season I doubt I would think it was a shot as much because its a very standard comment a coach would make at that time vs. after the season has begun. Maybe not though.

Maybe true! Ask any old BH players and they will tell you that no matter who you are...you will be looking behind you because someone is coming for your spot and BH is not afraid to take it from you. Side note, I hear that we may have a pretty good QB battle on our hands the next few weeks

I heard early from a reliable source that they were extremely high on humprhrey and he brings some incredible things to the table. I actually think he will be our starter.

I am hearing the same about Humphrey.... that he is looking much better than Sneed so far.

Not from the practices I've seen, but then again, I'm no qb coach.

Sounds bad either way, but I would think he would have already had the surgery if it was fully torn? No need to drag it out. Then again he just went through surgery for the shoulder. Hard to say I guess and I wish him the best regardless. One hell of a player and the injuries suck.

In the snipet Hauck said Cam has improved the most this week..
Looks like the Griz will have two or three capable QB's

Actually what he said was:

"Cam Humphrey has done a good job picking it up. He throws a nice ball. He's got a good arm, and he's a competitive guy. One of the guys I would say has probably made more improvement than anybody on the team at his position, or possibly in that group anyway, is Wils (Tanner Wilson). He's just done a nice job."

Been wondering this myself. For Josh’s sake I hope that’s the case, but won’t be counting on it.

He also said that Sneed was still ahead of the other qb's. I'm real interested to see how it all shakes out!

Faux injury hype is definitely a Bobby trademark. “Injury timeouts” and all the mid week injury talk/non talk was one of my favorite Bobby traits.

Indian is correct if pectoral tendon is ruptured....there is no need to wait and see if he can play as it is a season ending injury requiring a year to rehabilitate ....that is why i think he may be another type if injury....at least, i hope so,,,,he deserves to be healthy this last year....go griz....

I sure hope it's better than what I originally heard. I have now heard pretty conflicting reports from multiple people who are usually all on the same page. I think were just gonna have to wait and see on this one, because there is a ton of smoke and mirrors from the program on this one

Downright spectacular. Good for that young man. Hard work pays off and could not be happier for him. Hope he pancakes numerous opponents this year.
