Just checked the Broncos website re: Brock. How he's doing. Looks like very well. Of course, if he weren't, he'd have been gone, by now. Here's an excerpt from a 6/22/14 story in the Denver Post about another player:
"Quarterback: If Manning falls off 20 percent from his record-setting season of 2013, he'll still pass for 44 touchdowns and nearly 4,400 yards.
And third-year backup Brock Osweiler appears ready if called upon. There was a two-minute-drill scrimmage Monday. Manning was picked off by rookie corner Bradley Roby. Osweiler zipped three completions, the last one a perfectly thrown pass to tight end Jacob Tamme for a touchdown."
I know this is only one indication, but it's good to know Brock may well be the next Broncos QB after Manning decides to hang it up.
