Scott McGowan made Montana Grizzly track and field history Saturday on a hot, muggy night deep in the heart of Texas.
McGowan placed seventh in the finals of the men's 1,500 meters at the NCAA outdoor championships at Myers Stadium in Austin, wrapping up his collegiate career by earning All-America honors for the fourth time. That's believed to be the most for any male athlete in Grizzly track annals.
