Those amounts aren’t impacting the current fiscal year and would’ve accounted for about 1% of UM’s $22 million in expenses during the 2019 fiscal year.“

This part was not even necessary but Frank knew that there’s those people out there that will raise a stink about the money.

Well at the end of the day it doesn’t matter what people think of the bonuses. UM is contractually obligated to pay them and can’t claim “financial difficulties” to avoid it.
 
I wish he would have collected every incentive this past year and every year of his contract!
 
Well worth it given the competitive nature of coaching. Would much rather read about the coaches getting bonuses they deserve than complaining about loses that shouldn't have occurred!
 
And Choate gets a bonus just for beating the Griz. Very different priorities at MSU

Choate gets bonuses for GPA/APR/Attendance/Playoffs/Grad rate etc too......but they specifically state a $10000 bonus for beating U of M. So apparently it was very important enough to the contract issuers to be considered "bonus worthy".

MT has a fairly large Native American population and a large number of the suicides, including among younger kids, are Native American. It would be appreciated if some of you wouldn't make fun of suicide.
