Good reads. Thanks for posting. A couple of quotes that stuck with me from the 50/50 interview with Wistrcill from Colton:

“I get it. Nobody wants to play fall sports more than me,” Wistrcill said, “but there’s a lot that would have to happen from now and then for us to be kicking off on time.”

“I don’t like the trends out there right now with the numbers and virus increases you see across the country."

I am not too familiar with Wistrcill or if he is prone to hyperbole, but he seems pessimistic that fall sports will begin on time (or at all). Then we have the issue of what the schedule will look like if/when we begin play. With the Big 10 and Pac 12 moving to conference only games I can see the Mountain West doing the same and it trickles down from there. MSU and others lost a big money game so their travel budgets will be slashed. Cal Poly and Sac St sound like they aren't going to have fall sports. This is going to be a cluster of a season (if we have one at all).

There does not seem to be a scenario in which anyone in the BSC (even Montana) can make any money (or cut their losses) this season. Ditto Bball, indoors, riskier.
