Our only stipulation was players had to play at least two seasons in this decade. So players like Chase Reynolds, Andrew Selle, Jimmy Wilson, Alex Verlanic and Erik Stolle will be a part of the teams for the 2000 to 2009 all-decade team we put together later this month.

One minor quibble with your write-ups, which are well-thought out:

JLM was second-team punt returner on the All-Big Sky team as a junior, but he was a unanimous first-team choice as a senior, not second team.
 
My reaction from skimming through the list is that it is very good.

I would probably go with JJ at qb too, but I think Sneed was a better qb. Had Sneed not gotten hurt this year, he would be my choice.

My view is the JLM was a much better returner. Perhaps the best ever at UM.

Toure had a great last half of the year. Not a great prior year. Akem is a better receiver. He didn't get to finish this year. He was way better then Toure last year.
 
Great lists, and write-ups, for the All Decade team. I don't agree with every selection (I too, may have placed Akem over Toure), but Skyline Sports did a great job compiling this list of Griz greats from the 2010s.

The Griz had a few good/great cornerbacks in the 2000s, but Trumaine Johnson is a prime candidate to make both lists.
 
That only 1 Offensive Lineman on this list played after 2013 says a lot about what that position has been like this past decade.

Great lists, though.
