Very positive and complimentary of Bodnar. "I'm just a big fan of our boss."

Didn't like UM being singled out by a "discredited author".

Culture of our program, toughness (mental and physical), work ethic, discipline, character.

Football involves work in the program equivalent to having a full-time job and going to school full-time. Time commitment more in-season but also a lot in off-season.

First lifts at 5:45am, and this is the biggest group.

Guys let nutrition and sleep slip the most.

Every scenario they put the guys in are in a completive situation. Every play in practice is monitored and graded. Every lift. Guys evaluated on a daily basis.

Good guys on our team and we love them. Outside of their mothers, we probably love them more than anyone else.

Intentionally put guys in uncomfortable positions.

The guys need and are educated to turn off the switch, the competitive one, when they are out in different situations. Educated and told how they should conduct themselves in all situations. They are well-versed. Social situations. Dinner etiquette. Etc. But they are not robots and they are not going to make every decision right.

A group called A Call to Men came in to provide a seminar. How to operate in today's culture. Guys were really tuned in.

How one responds to adversity shows character and flaws in it.

He knows the name of every custodian at the Adams Center, and knows they do a good job.

Sports programs, especially football, are the often the front porches of universities.

Football is the greatest game ever invented.

Football is safer than it has ever been.

When Bobby was with Tim on the field after the Super Bowl a year ago, and the trophy was being awarded, he told Tim that "this is a long way from Big Timber MT".

New faces will get a lot of reps in spring game.

Good summation, thanks for posting it.
