Chris Klieman

Got to believe his replacement is on the current staff - as he was when what’s his name bolted for Wyo.

Current bison D Coordinator Matt Entz gonna be a hard one to pass up. A big loss for Ndsu is if he also takes the strength and conditioning coach

Some people on AGS are saying that KSU might be insisting Klieman hold on to some/all of Snyder's assistants already on staff. That doesn't really seem likely, or like a great idea, but it may indicate why the North Texas dude didn't take the job. *shrug*

They should call Haslam and have a conversation about how that worked out.

FootballScoop also was reporting that this was one of the negotiations that was still ongoing earlier today.

Judigng by how the Cat D has played and played against the Griz, and what former players have said, Haslam was right.

What are you talking about?

$2.3M per year for 4 years, before the $200K raises each year. I am guessing it wasn't much of a decision... Congratulations to him.

Conflicting personalities and what all went down.

Further guessing a power 5 comf school will easily pick up the salaries of most of the assistants

Will be interesting to see how Klieman does. This is a much better situation than UNLV but still needs alot of work. Probably better than Wyoming as well. From what I can tell he is an absolute class act and deserves the opportunity. Congratulations to him.

Hard to believe, I know, but many K-State fans are PISSED that K-State would stoop so low to offer Klieman, a mere D2 coach, lol.

Makes you wonder why, since their athletic director came from UNDSU...

His salary with bonuses was $457 at NDSU, Haucks is $185k without bonuses, not competitive any longer.

Tough job and big shoes to fill. Good hire for KSU though. Will be interesting to see how his style of football does in a conference that doesn't play defense or run the football.
