FCS Games on DirecTV (Sept 21, 22)

One thing we’ve learned is that, if the ESPN football schedule page on the web shows a game as being on ESPN3, there’s a good chance it will show up on DirecTV (and probably elsewhere).

And we did find quite a few FCS games being shown tonight and tomorrow, including the Griz game. There are a few ESPN3 games that could still show up, so we’ll see. (FCS rankings are shown in brackets.)

Luckily, this summer we upgraded our DTV box, so we can record more stuff. Kicking off at the same time as the Griz game (already set to record so we can do highlights later) is the Illinois State (#16 FCS) at Colorado State game. CSU has looked great at times, but at other times ... not so much. Then, a half hour later, we have W&M at JMU. Sadly, W&M has been down for awhile, so we don't expect much, but ... "That's why you play the games." (Barring hurricanes and floods :( )

With those, and some others, there's a lot of FCS football lining up for the weekend. (Not to mention at least a couple of ranked FBS team matching up.)
 
Griz also on audience 101 on direct. Funny if you have it, take a look quick. Sacramento is spelled sacremento

Yep, and they still haven't fixed it. Having been born and raised (but I left :) ) about 50 miles north of Sacramento, that's an "oldie but goodie" for me.
