Shoulder injuries

Am I the only one who's curious about why we're experiencing a rash of shoulder injuries? Three players (Snyder, Pitcher and Varonna) have all had the same injury and subsequent surgery. I don't want to second guess the coaching staff, but could there be something in the training program that's contributing to this?

Have to also include the rash of hamstring injuries. Why are there or were there so many hamstring injuries.

Part of why we're hearing more about some of the injuries is simply because they are being reported to the media now.
in the early 90's i knew of several injuries and there was never a mention of it in the media.
Still, it does seem odd that several have gotten pulled hammies.
Maybe they're not stretching enough or getting enough water.
