Why the delay? Go to ESPN, load the game on demand, skip to that play, watch the replay. Done in less than 5 minutes. Wtf, Big Sky?
 
Funny how the replay machine wasn't working, but they replayed it on the big screen for the crowd and those watchiing on TV!

The booth and officials have other cameras on the field that allows them to see other angles. It possible the replays of these cameras was not available at the time.
