Washington-Grizzly Stadium is set to host its first-ever Great Griz Encounter and family movie night on Wednesday, with the traditional preseason Griz football pep rally highlighting a full night of activity for fans.
Now entering its 23rd year, this year’s Great Griz Encounter begins at 5 p.m. on Aug. 22 and will be more than just an autograph session with the Grizzly football team.
The new Great Griz Encounter will include the chance for fans to meet both the Griz football and volleyball teams, have this year’s team posters autographed and let the kids run wild in a bouncy house and an area to play catch and other games.
