Walker Olson Commits!

Directly from Bobcatnation:

"Wanted to be a Griz but Cats gave him as strong of a push as they could in my opinion. In-state kids will stay loyal to their childhood team...as long as they feel wanted. We talk a lot about Cats or Griz flipping players but usually it comes down to the offer/recruitment. If their school preference gives them the offer they wanted, they'll likely go there. Good luck to Walker...great kid and athlete!"

Terrible people we are.
Haha now do iaafan or cataholic. Those two are two of the biggest fucktards this side of the Mississippi. And strangely very much alike. I’m guessing they both still wear masks in public.

And posts replies to his own post and later burps out another mindless AI reference.

At least AI can write sensical sentences.

I heard the Olson kid was good too. From sources that might be better than Hoopsball's.
My sources are way better than yours. Shalll we bet $100? Put up or shut up. This would be a good test to show your BS. You will disappear.

O/U on the number of different ways they're saying "didn't want those in-state kids anyhow" over on bcn.

Setting the line at 11 and the hook.

Can someone who actually visits that place report back?
Already at least 3:
1. Griz signed the kids they were supposed to sign
2. This class had a higher number of Griz legacy players
3. Cant’s got the best OL, Athlete and LB out of the group
Cats did arguably sign the best OL from the state, according to Vim. However, it can't be argued that the Griz have signed more of the top 10 recruits in his list.

That your source is better than mine? Sounds like stupid bet you'd want to make. And you're the judge of the source of course.

My casual mention of your idiotic babble sure generates quick responses.
No, Brint can judge the source. We can message our sources to him. My source is better than yours. I knew you would wimp out.

Why are you so cautious and afraid? Not very confident that your source(s) is top level?

You are just a big mouth, but can't back it up?

And don't forget this fall we will have Class A All-State WR William Snell, 6-4, 190 from Billings Central, also a Class A sprint champion, and a very versatile 6-6, 230 lb. TE in from Skyview in Merek Fisher, who before he switched to TE his senior season, was a Class AA Eastern All-Conference OT, plus also played DE and LB at times for the Falcons, was a key post/forward on Skyview's 2025 State Class AA State Basketball State Championship Team, and a 4.0 student to boot that plans to study pre-med @ UM.

While I am ecstatatic with the signing of not only Walker Olson but also his Billings West teammate Jack Ryan by Coach K, Justin Green, Coach Hauck's UM recruiting coordinator, recruited Billings hard--that's how we successfully recruited Junior Bergen from Billings Senior, his good friend Trevyn Gradney from Billings West, the outstanding young LB Clay Oven from Billings Central, that Trevyn turned # 37 over to last year marking two consecutive GRIZ Legacy # 37's from Billings for the first time in the almost 40 year history of # 37--Trevyn was the very first Billings # 37, and now William Snell and Merek Fisher, UM Recruiting Class of '26 : ) !!!

Vim has Kade Leibrand from Laurel listed as his top OL recruit, and #7 recruit in the 2027 class going into the summer.

Griz have signed #1 (Drew Almquist), #4 (Walker Olson), #5 (Cooper Pelc), #6 (Quincy King) and #10 (Eli Kasberg) in his top 10 MT 2027 recruits. Conversely, in addition to Leibrand, the Cats have signed #3 (Kannon Reichmann) and #8 (Lane Humphrey).

Also remember that top ten is according to Vim which is a good list but not a consensus between the two staffs.

As someone that has followed recruiting closely for years it can be a crap shoot. Usually don’t know until their sophomore year. You hope just to fill out the class fairly evenly. I think you look for frame, athleticism, skill and potential. Olson is one of the better prospects at LB because he has all of that.

Vim’s list is usually biased toward Cat recruits he admits he is a Cat fan so it is promising that the Griz are now dominating his list.
