This is why either the BSC needs to address membership and minimum funding levels or Griz need to start being more vocal on leaving.

Sounds great, but the BSC really has zero leverage to uphold funding levels or have a pool of schools to consider when addressing membership. Also, pretty difficult to be vocal about a location that doesn't exist.

In the FBS, while the FCS has been fun most schools loose money, the FCS model is not geared towards revenue share and the best FCS schools are positioned to move up in the next 2/3 years, possibly leaving FCS in worse position. The FCS tradition doesn’t generate revenue that every school is trying to generate See the article by hero sports. In 6 years the FCS may not even exist.
I think the new president is going to bring the BSU model to the Griz. Maybe not this year but it’s coming.

That’s been the AD jobs the past 10 years. You believe the Griz get a fair shake in exposure and revenue in the BSC or deserve equal money to PSU, NAU or Northern Colorado. Griz had the two or 3 of the most watched FCS games on tv this year, what did they get out it, why not put those games out to bid and see what happens. If other conferences can do why not Griz.

We are near an enrollment cliff nationwide in higher ed. FBS with more revenue could help sustain enrollment. Look at the AZ schools. NAU and the community colleges have dropped enrollment since COVID but the 2 FBS schools have grown enrollment.

Finley Point, Big Arm, Blue Bay, Woods Bay, Skidoo Bay, East Bay, Rollins, Bigfork, Lakeside, Polson, Somers. It's been happening everywhere on Flathead Lake since the early '70s. What part of the lake did you grow up on?
