Soccer Citowicki leaving for Wazzu?

FWIW as a non-insider, this coaching search is a huge red flag. Montana has been a great mid-major option for quality soccer players for 8 + years. Unpopular opinion (on this board, maybe) but Chris out-recruited larger schools by showing 18yo women there is more to life than soccer (Call it gaslighting- but it got them to Missoula).
The players who moved to WSU have had their eyes opened to how D1 athletes are supposed to be treated, and won’t be back. My daughter has heard no regrets from them or other portal players who have moved on.

The obvious negligence of the AD in growing not only their facilities and their mindset (outside of football) is painful. Missoula is a beautiful place to live— but is that enough to turn down more money, job security and better facilities elsewhere?
Reality check is needed - but best option by far is hiring J at this point

Nope, have you seen Wasburns facilities for being a D2 they are better or comparable to WSU/ORS and BSU plus they can recruit Kansas Fusion ECNL and GA clubs.

If you had a family and kids would you move over 1000 miles for a 1-2 year contract knowing first year would be somewhat of a rebuild. No one is taking into consideration the coaches wife’s if they have jobs, where does that lost income come from.
