Ah thank you. I really love the ideas tossed around here about QB club levels and such. Anyone here know people that know people that could make said suggestions?Andrew Schmidt said the average age of qb club is the blue plate special idk what that even means and Colter said the average age is 2 years away from death.
The average age is lowering over the last few years. I have never seen Schmidt or Colter around the QB club, so I am not totally sure where they are getting that, but to be honest I haven't gone to a meeting in person in more than a year. I have another Monday night commitment. I was talking with UofMman recently at a game, though, and I definitely committed to going more and trying to recruit more friends that are my age.Brint? To be fair he just said they had a meeting. Not that they were immediately joining or something. He's the one who started the DSUs and Montana schools to Mountain West rumor that hasn't resulted in anything.
I mean how many young alumni have much disposable income when they are just starting their careers while paying student loans and perhaps starting families? The average age is lowering over the last few years. I also know a lot of younger folks from outside of Missoula that are in it. The guy that talked me into joining originally was in his late 30's. I don't think the crew that shows up at the meetings is the best representation of the overall age group in the QB Club. People that are raising families often just don't find the time to go.
I would venture to guess that the majority of the QB Club across the divide is a similar age group.
I look at it and see the issue being that the older fans are probably the ones contributing the most but at the same time they usually have a blind allegiance to Hauck. All still thinking about how awesome the Griz were in the 2000's. If that is the case, then Hauck and others have no need to be worried because the people that spend the most are just fine with him being the coach even after 4 national championship losses. You usually need some public pressure for a change, and the donors are just not going to do that to Hauck. What’s the average age of qb club members?
