Natty Game Day Thread

I swear i’m seeing a fan poster hanging on the rail below the Cat section that has something about the Griz. Are we still beating them in some deep emotional way?. If so, kind of makes me happy.

Well Illinois State has 7 points at half. What is the conversion rate of yards to points? Seems like Illinois State's yards are converting at the rate of a Mexican Peso right now. Cry more.

Most often holding a team to 7 points in a half is good defense. Yards are meaningless, or so I have come to learn with the "empty yards" phrase used so commonly this year on Egriz. Illinois State would have put up 21 on the Griz in the first half. You can defend it all you want, but the Griz defense this year was about average to below average.

The Griz D was 2nd in the Big Sky in scoring D. That is better than average.
 
If I had a buck for every time they said “annnnd Rittenhouse is gonna want this one back…” I’d have like eight bucks.
