I think we should really hit the tech qb up if it does happen. Jarret Wilson, a kid i’d say both schools missed on i mean holy shit look back at his high school stats and then what he did at tech this year. Of course open to hearing about other guys, I just think he’d be one hell of a qb, If our one hell of a qb leaves. Yes we could go out and get some p5 group of 4 back up but i’d rather have a kid who just came off a great season who’s from montana.

Also a hypothetical scenario - i don’t neccessarily think that he will transfer but I think it’s important that if he does we get a qb who has played and the Wilson kid has played his ass off. I really don't understand how people think that if one of our top players was offered hundreds of thousands of dollars that they wouldn't leave. That's potentially life-changing money to play football, and as much as I hate the NIL/Transfer Portal shenanigans it doesn't change reality.

End of the day despite how much we love Montana and want the Griz to succeed we are still a small fish in the grand scheme of things outside of the State when it comes to CFB and NIL potential as a whole. I'm expecting we're already doing everything we can to keep him, Davis and Gillman but won't be shocked if they leave for a big enough offer.
