Things are just not going well for those folks. Go Go to the bank and write a check.
Like everyone, the GRIZ game was their super bowl. They gunned for this one all year, knowing they needed a statement. As the game got close, they realized they had no shot, so they tried smoke and mirrors to deflect from the result. After they got destroyed and people were still paying attention, they quickly realized they needed excuses. His team got blasted and has been heavily flagged all season. But this one is on the refs?? Weird.
I think you mean clown car act show. Geez get it together.Sac is trying so hard to be relevant that they are putting on a clown show.
You are right, my bad.I think you mean clown car act show. Geez get it together.
I think he's most butt-hurt about the 2 game winning TD's against Nevada that were called back (back-to-back plays). Even the announcers said they were both blatant holds though.Rewatching the game, half their penalties were procedural Offsides, False Starts, Delay of game and a then a personal foul. Which were the majority of calls that came before they were down by 21 points. They had two offensive holding calls, one where there tackle tackled the defender who had beaten him and had a straight line to the QB. They had a special teams hold which is probably what they were most mad about. They had a couple PI calls of which one was offset by an offensive holding on us.
Exactly. For such an alpha FBS varsity football program, its a little contradictory to cry victim.Bringing the kind of attention they have to themselves and then trying to play the victim is a mentality that seems to go from the top down.
What does that game have to do with Big Sky Refs? I agree they got screwed against Nevada, but that crew was from a different league.I think he's most butt-hurt about the 2 game winning TD's against Nevada that were called back (back-to-back plays). The solution is to get his team to be more disciplined, not blame the refs. I agree, so many of their penalties are procedural, like you say.
I wonder if he pays the fine, or says FU to the Big Sky since they are out the door....and could he be suspended if he doesn't comply? This is like watching a trainwreck.
True, not a Big Sky game, but I'm sure it adds to his victim complex anyway. What does that game have to do with Big Sky Refs? I agree they got screwed against Nevada, but that crew was from a different league.
I agree they were not a disciplined unit and that starts with Marion.
I bet the circus continues all season and all off season.
Oh, I hope it does. The coach would be really butt hurt if some of his top talent walked out the door and went to a certain school that has a mascot that looks like a grizzly bear. Now that would be poetic justice. Don’t think for a minute that some of those players won’t take a DM from the Panda’s coaching staff. My only concern is that those players learn how to be part of a team and not just individuals. What does that game have to do with Big Sky Refs? Hard to tell from the tv angles. I saw a big hold in the middle, and maybe that’s what they called. They did a good job executing and getting to the edge and we lost contain. I think you would really need to see the all 22 to be able to see it better and determine if it was egregious. The hold of the td return seemed a bit of a mystery.
