The game is over--no sense in getting our starters hurt, plus if they do get hurt down the road, our 2's and 3's will play better replacing them then by getting some game reps now. !!!

Disagree. Those guys work their asses off to start. They deserve to play at least until half the third is over. Punishing them for doing what you ask them to do is counterproductive.
