LadyGriz Carmen Gfeller

I was an early advocate for Harris and I like the Gfeller hire. Beattie...not so much. I think she's too pouty as a player. So with Harris constantly talking about getting the LG to play defense through shooting lulls she's not the one to be the best to talk about attitude. But oh man would that add a layer to the rivalry. I will be watching the first handshake after a game between Coach Bin and Leia intently.
 
Beattie would also be great. Comes from a great family. Mother a all time great Lady _Griz and grandfather a all time coach in Missoula as well as a great punter at Carroll.
 
I had heard earlier, still during the season, that if Nate got head coach, that Dani Bartsch wanted to be a grad assistant next year. Wonder what happened there.

In her speech at the LG banquet Thursday, she said something sorta cryptic' like "you haven't got rid of me yet" which made me wonder. And we don't know anything definite on Beattie.

Was he wrong? I wanted to give Holsinger as big a chance as many and he just failed to produce on top of whatever happened to get him fired. Also, Momberg is old news. Seems everyone but PR brings her up every time he says anything negative about the terminated coach. Move on.

Shannon didn't want her, offered to help her get into Carroll. One of many reasons why her coaching at UM was unsuccessful,

Dani is going after her master's in accounting.
