Watch out for #44 Taylee Chirrick, true freshman who comes off the bench with the main role of being disruptive in any way she can. She had 11 steals on Monday against EWU and was a huge part of the reason MSU won that game despite the team having a major off night on offense. Should be a fun and competitive game tomorrow, excited to see how it plays out!

Harris said he was worried about the defensive pressure and this is what he came up with? Yikes. Then again the team hasn't been good all year so probably not a him issue lol
 
That call by the female ref to send morales to the line and GIFT the cats a win with 4 secs left was an awful awful call. The Griz had their chances so it’s not an excuse but that call was terrible.
 
A notably improved Lady Griz team. Played defense like they were a completely new team. Had a great chance to win, had more steals then one of the leading teams in the nation in steals. Dani had a ton of rebounds and looked more like herself than we have seen all year. Hariis and staff are doing something right. Lets see if they can put together a great second half to conference. Awesome game!!

Great game. Waddington I think would have made that shot if she was put in that position more often prior to this game, but I think she was so shocked at being so open underneath the basket with only a second or two that she froze up as she shot it.

Lady Griz usually have one kind of bad quarter, either offensively and/or defensively. The 2nd and 3rd quarter they didn't play well enough on defense. First and 4th quarter were great defensively, and Lady Griz offense really came alive 4th quarter. I really liked how Lady Griz got a turnover on their own press and scored a fast break basket against their press in the fourth quarter.

that call with 4 seconds was bogus. This isn't the NBA.

Yeah, I think some of it too was that she had a couple beats more - sorta looked like she was going for a jump tip in then changed her mind midway and immediately went back up - she had a bit of time to catch, pump and then go up- which probably would have earned her the call even though at first glance to me there was quite a bit of contact with the defender leaning over her a bit and not straight up.
