Closer to home and they play lots of good opponents also closer to where a lot of guys are from in the middle of the country. Their new stadium is pretty nice and the cost of attendance is less than half Montana’s for out of state walk on players.

Are you guys serious........South Dakota State are winners.
 
Watching these quarterfinal games really puts into perspective how inferior our QB play is to the top teams. We are behind at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball too, but the QB’s are clearly better than what we put on the field this year.

It also shows that there are only 4-5 top tier teams. As bad as Montana was, they were just as good as many teams playing this weekend.

Take a look at the banking sector in Sioux Falls. Dorothy has some pretty expensive red slippers and she isn’t in Iowa anymore. There are big $$$ in SD. I suspect SDSU and USD are doing just fine with their NIL funding.
 
SDSU needed to find their way early with so much change, but they’re firing on all cylinders right now. I’d say they’re the favorite right now.

To be fair Griz probably aren’t making it past this round regardless because all 4 semi final teams are going to be better.
 
I'm a bobcat, but I think we sneak by the Yotes and lose in the trenches to either SDSU or NDSU. Close game......hope I'm wrong.
